So many of us grew up in a culture where we were taught to stuff our feelings, which can lead to hopelessness and isolation. It can leave us feeling alone and vulnerable, which is the opposite of what we truly need. We need connection, comfort, and support. We need the opportunity to tell our stories and feel heard. We need to feel understood.
You are not alone. I strive to create a safe, warm environment where clients can share their deepest thoughts and feelings, while also exploring their true values. I feel so very privileged and honored to be trusted with the care of clients who come to me for help. I am deeply committed to helping clients experience more joy and meaning in life.
I do not view therapy as a one-size fits all approach and use a variety of techniques to best meet each client’s needs.
