I specialize in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, an evidence based treatment designed to work from a trauma informed lens to address any and all specialties and issues listed on my page. I often work with clients who have been through therapy before and still have goals that have not been achieved. It's difficult to come to therapy and start to talk about what's going on in your life. I will sit with you and work through any challenges & pain you bring while helping you make the changes needed to improve the quality of your life. By being compassionate, sincere and hard-working I will help you achieve your goals.
I am a DBT Certified Clinician through the Linehan Board of Certification. Specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with 200 hours of training in DBT. I also am trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
I currently am have a wait list for individual therapy for day time in-person or telehealth appointments. Please note I do not have evening (after 4:00pm) or weekend availability for individual therapy. I am accepting clients for all DBT skills group (telehealth). Groups
DBT Skills Group
This group is currently telehealth. Accepting all Blue Cross, Tufts Private (not MassHealth) and Optum (UBH, Harvard Pilgrim) plans and private pay. This 24 week educational group covers all 4 modules of DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Rolling admission at the start of each new module every 6-10 weeks. Each session starts with a mindfulness practice and homework review. Then 1-3 skills are introduced every week. I currently have a waitlist for this group. Clients must have an individual therapist. Please reach out with any additional questions.
