Virtual Connections: A Virtual Coping Skills Group
A 2 session Coping Skills Group for teens and young adults ages 17 to 23. This anxiety based Group helps identify emotions, improves self awareness, gives young people a space to talk about what's on their minds and teaches them core coping skills like mindfulness to navigate issues like stress, irritability and navigating a pandemic.
