Do you ever find yourself asking, "Why did I do that? Why did I react that way?" Are you frustrated that your reactions and behaviors don’t align with the person you want to be? I believe everyone is doing their best each day with the tools they have. Over time, we develop habits and reactions that might not reflect who we truly are at our core. These tools, which were once survival mechanisms, may no longer serve us. Together, we can replace these unhelpful tools with ones that bring you closer to the person you genuinely want to become.
I practice from a holistic wellness perspective, which means that if any part of your life is out of balance, we will work together to restore it. As an affirmative ally to all identities, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore every aspect of themselves. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and validating in my approach.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults of all ages. I have availability on Monday and Tuesday each week. I currently work under the supervision of Stacy Bliss-Lefebvre. If you would like to work with me please email me or call the Core Balance Counseling Mesa Location.
