We work with adolescents, adults & families to fully recover from discorded eating or an eating disorder. We offer individual, family, & group counseling, and peer groups & recovery coaching. We are some of the few specialists providing Family-Based Treatment (FBT) considered the gold standard for eating disorders. Our approach uses evidenced-based treatment like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and embodiment. Services can be accessed in person at our Columbia, SC office, or via telehealth online in SC and NC.

Our director leads a combination of Radically Open-RO-DBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for 1 hr a week that can be attended in Columbia, SC or virtually over face to face video anywhere in SC or NC. You don't have to go through this alone if you are motivated to recovery an need a few practical tools, & maybe outpatient therapy alone isn't enough, this could be the group that makes all the difference. a groundbreaking, innovative program for eating disorders. Peer Support Groups for All Stages of Recovery
We see you, we hear you, we've been there. Peer groups offer a chance for you to authentically connect w/ other peers who "speak ED" and hear that "ED Voice." Peer support, is not therapy, however it is a pillar of recovery and allows longer-term recovery communities to help each other reach full recovery. Whether you are new to treatment, working on weight restoration, or have been recovered a while and are looking for a community of warriors join us virtually around the globe.
