My goal is to provide a safe and person-centered approach utilizing CBT and DBT and soon to be trained in EMDR so you feel seen and heard. We all go to therapy for different reasons; some might need it temporarily while others need support for months or years. I am here to support you in the best way we see fit together. I specialize in anxiety, depression, peer relationships such as friendships and romantic relationships, building one's self esteem and more! I am equipped to help each individual with their needs. I will help you find the root cause of your struggles and tackle them one by one while developing healthy coping skills and strategies that you can use.
