Whether it's your 1st time seeking psychotherapy or your 15th, I'm committed to gaining a deep understanding of you and exploring with you the changes you'd like to make in your life. If you're interested in reducing or eliminating anxiety, panic, depression, the impact of past trauma or some other type of suffering, I will explore with you the underlying reasons for these symptoms and collaborate with you to help you on your way to becoming your best you. I also offer an EMDR consultation group to EMDR therapists who are looking to improve their ease and skillfulness with the model.
I work with adults of all ages. My integrative approach brings together relational psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am a certified EMDR therapist. EMDR is a transformative experiential trauma processing type of psychotherapy that I'm very passionate about. I'm currently offering intensive EMDR experiences as well.
I strive to be a warm and compassionate listener, interactive and engaging partner, and a supportive and challenging guide. I believe in looking at every individual from a holistic perspective. EMDR Consultation Group
This is a group for any EMDR clinicians looking to gain more skill with their craft. This group will help you better integrate EMDR into your practice and will move you towards certification, if that's a direction you're moving in. The group will be offered the first Tuesday of the month from 1-3pm EST. Spaces are limited.
