I take a holistic approach to therapy that incorporates diet, exercise, spirituality, and creativity to treat the person as a whole. I focus on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflicts, and have a history of working with substance abusers. I am OASAS certified to evaluate and treat impaired driving offenders. Recently I became a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and incorporate a mindfulness based approach to my work as a therapist.
