We may do this by exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and looking for ways to overcome old patterns. With children the process often involves play and finding safety in adult relationships.
I’m honored to work with individuals, families, and couples of any orientation. I frequently see people who want help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting concerns, behavioral issues, marriage and relationship issues, divorce and separation recovery, suicidal thoughts, and faith issues.
I take a person-centered and psychodynamic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness approaches.
