Therapy is a great journey to start out on and I am glad you are taking this first step. It is not one you'll regret. My first goal as a therapist is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable. I use a strengths based approach and create a framework that makes it easy for you to create goals and a path so you'll know when you make them. To me it is crucial that the patient is a member of the care team. If you're struggling with Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, BiPolar, Panic Attacks, Trauma, Problem Behaviors I may be a good fit assist you.

I have a wide range of specialties and trainings I have pursued to further what I can offer to each individual or couple that comes to my office. Some of these are Polyvagal Theory, Gottman, CBT, DBT, ERP, IFS, PMTO skills and countless other trainings. I can explain these more in person and you can try the ones that sound like the best fit to you!

Reaching out to set up the initial appointment can be very anxiety provoking and tough. I'll do my best to make this process as easy as possible. If we meet and I am not a good fit I will help you find someone that is a good fit, your mental health comes first!
