Sometimes, we get stuck in our lives and need assistance. These moments could be because of depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, or behavioral difficulties. To help work through these moments, we may need a safe space to be open and honest with ourselves to help us gain the tools to change. I help you feel safe so we can actively work toward changing and resolving the concerns that brought you to therapy.
To assist with change, I utilize evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness. I am Foundationally Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Children. I work with individuals 11+ with issues with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, BPD, DMDD, and disruptive behaviors.
I am passionate for assisting others with their journey to cope and better understand their own responses to their stressor and what gets in the way of being effective. I want each individual to leave therapy with the tools and skills to become their own therapist.
