Starting therapy can feel overwhelming for many different reasons, including finding the right counselor. It's my priority to provide a comfortable, confidential space free of judgement. Everyone needs support at times, but not all conversations are ideal for family and friends. Therapy is a great way to navigate life's expected and unexpected challenges. My passion lies with assisting adults and the first responder community work through a wide range of difficult topics.
