I currently have openings for clinical supervision. Hello! I primarily work with adults, and do enjoy working with teens 15+. In the current season of my life and practice, I work best with the following: perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. depression, anxiety (especially social anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and phobias), grief, gender identity and sexuality, and life transitions.
I am foundationally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior therapy, and exposure and response prevention. I also practice mindfulness, metacognitive therapy, person centered therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am a licensed mental health counselor, national certified counselor and perinatal mental health counselor.
