Everyone's experience on our Earth is unique! This may sound exciting for some and isolating for others. I believe in order to understand each client on a deeper level, it is important to gain understanding of the individual and also of the various systems that the individual functions in.
I have experience working with addiction, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression and other issues that you may be facing. I tend to utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach while also pulling from systems theory. However, I feel it is best to utilize theories and techniques that are the best fit for each client's goals.
