Our triggers are signals that let us know something under the surface needs to be addressed. I love helping individuals get to the root of this. Whether it’s working with children through their language of play, or adults that have deep wounds from childhood, I work with each individual to find the internal wounds, conflict, and traumas that are showing up in everyday behaviors and relationships today.
My goal is to work collaboratively with clients, serving as a guide to help them find their internal challenges. I work with clients to find ways to process and heal these internal challenges so they can show up more effectively and more at peace in everyday life.
With prior experience in behavioral health and school settings, I am knowledgeable about the systems that surround you including home, school, work, and social environments. I have seen firsthand how these environments can exacerbate our challenges and add more triggers. I help clients find ways to navigate the complexity of these systems more seamlessly.
