We will use hands-on, engaging, and creative interventions to teach the lessons while also keeping the children focused, interested, and having fun. They will walk away feeling more calm, confident, and self-aware. They will have a better understanding of themselves, how others see them, how to regulate their emotions, and how to initiate and maintain healthy peer relationships moving forward in life.
