I have over 10 years' experience in the Mental Health field. I have worked as a crisis worker, in community mental health, in private practice, and in the hospital setting. I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have worked with many different and culturally diverse populations.
I take a strengths based approach that has been described as both gentle yet direct. I believe in nurturing the therapeutic relationship and earning the trust that is necessary to provide an environment that is conducive to therapy. People have the power to change and find the balance they deserve.
