We lose focus and become uncertain of ourselves and the world around us. Our imbalances lead to anxiety, depression, addiction, and conflict. I work with individuals at many stages in life and assist with those conflicts that arise such as peer relationships, developing self-concept/self-esteem, academic/career choices, and stressors that come with adulthood. I utilize traditional approaches and nature based therapies to help my clients create balance and achieve wholeness.
I am traditionally educated and diversely trained. I attended Loyola University Chicago and have a strong background in research. I have worked with individuals internationally in Sub Saharan Africa, locally, and in Boulder, CO using Nature based therapies. I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator-- based on the research of Brene´ Brown.
