It takes courage to reach out and I do not take that lightly. Primarily using CBT (cognitive-behavioral) and CCT (client-centered) therapies I help you navigate life's challenges. I let the session happen naturally and you get to talk about whatever is on your mind. You will never have to go anywhere you are not ready to go. I am here to walk beside you in your journey.
I have a wide range of experiences that allow me to meet you where you are at. I've worked in college counseling, hospitals, nursing homes, private practice, and community mental health settings. My focus is depression, anxiety, grief, spirituality, stress, caregivers, career, relationships, and women's issues.
