I specialize in working with individuals struggling with emotional dysregulation including depression and anxiety, trauma responses, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and life stressors.
People inherently have the tools to lead successful, fulfilling lives, but those tools are at times temporarily inaccessible due to emotional, situational, and cognitive influences. My goal is to lead you through the process of identifying such influences and working diligently to overcome them. I am eager to walk this journey of recovery with you!
