I use many approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness and expressive therapies. However, the hallmark of my therapeutic style is to adapt my practice to my client's particular needs and provide a collaborative process.
I have a passion for working across a spectrum of ages and issues affecting people including trauma, impulse control, school issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, family dynamics and many others.
