Hi there, welcome to CDK Counseling LLC. It is wonderful to see you are taking the first step to identify a therapist. It's important to find the right fit. My style is casual, and client centered. My goal is to support you in feeling heard, safe and an equal part of the therapy process. My focus is to help individuals identify areas of difficulty, build on the strengths they already have, identify triggers and learn coping strategies to help ease symptoms that may be impacting day to day life. I believe in the importance of meeting people where they are, and providing non judgmental, open connections.
I specialize in supporting caregivers, adults and seniors experiencing anxiety, grief, family conflict or chronic illness. To support those with busy schedules or mobility difficulties, I offer convenient in home therapy on the North Shore. Telehealth sessions are also available.
