I have a passion for helping teens and adults achieve growth and healing with issues such as trauma, relationship dynamics, mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem and more. As a military spouse, I also understand the distinctive challenges faced by active-duty service members, Veterans and their families, and I enjoy serving this community.
