As a trauma focused therapist in Bellingham, Washington, I work with individuals struggling with emotional issues as a result of past trauma and early attachment wounds. I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, and recover from unhealthy relationships. My own experiences with trauma have profoundly shaped my approach to therapy. I understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and the challenges involved in the healing process. This personal insight drives my commitment to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space for all of my clients.
I work from trauma informed lens using components of IFS, attachment theory, and mindfulness techniques. I am also trained in EMDR and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. As an LGBTQ+ informed therapist and ally, I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental and affirming space for clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I aim to develop effective treatment strategies that will help you transform your life in a meaningful way. My goal is to help you navigate your healing journey with empathy and understanding. Together, we will work towards achieving your personal goals and enhancing your well-being.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and other common symptoms related to complex trauma or PTSD. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide on the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We will look at how different parts of you came to be, how they influence your lived experience, and how they can adapt to support you in your healing.
