Welcome! In our sessions we will focus on present-centered techniques to help you be with the challenges of your life in a new way, process events that may hold trauma, and tune into a joyful and embodied path forward. I believe strongly in your innate wisdom and resilience and reflect these qualities to you when in session. I am trained in Mindfulness as a counseling technique, EMDR and Gestalt therapy, and offer these as modalities to work with.

With compassion, gentle humor, and mindful attention, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental container for you to explore new ways of being, and shed beliefs, stories and patterns that may no longer be helpful. I see myself as a guide to support your sacred journey.

Among many other things, I am passionate about working with spiritual experiences, dreams and dream messages and also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic and interpersonal violence. It would be an honor to work with you.
