My clients typically include those who are seeking a long-term therapeutic relationship, as well as those who are hoping to address a specific issue in a limited time. I utilize an integrated, tailored approach. Always kind, supportive and non-judgmental, I will also provide direct feedback needed to facilitate change. Fun fact: I’m a true crime junkie and two bulldogs.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Supervisor with 18 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a homeless shelter, community mental health, an university, and a forensic setting with court mandated clients. I am certified in trauma and grief.
I work with a wide-range of clients, including those who are highly accomplished or just setting out to achieve their goals (address relationship issues, achieve personal growth, improve family dynamics, manage psychiatric symptoms, etc.). My specialties include but are not limited to attachment issues, mood, anxiety, depression and trauma.
