I’ve been practicing for over two decades and work with adults 18-99+ who want to understand themselves better and live their lives to the fullest. My solution-focused approach combines left-brained schema theory and some right-brained art expression when feeling stuck. Lately, I've been working with individuals suffering from a multitude of grief and loss issues, relationship troubles, those who identify as LGBTQIA+ or questioning and college students. As a professional in the higher education community for 12 years, I also enjoy working with those currently in higher ed and those who seek a change from higher education.
In our first session together, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to provide a warm friendly atmosphere where you are free to be yourself. It is only when we are open and honest with ourselves that real change can happen.
