Many of us seek supportive relationships and a meaningful life, yet internal distress can stop us from pursuing the life we want. I work with individuals grappling with distress related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I help them improve their relationships and build a meaningful life. I also support those who feel overwhelmed and stuck, assisting them in overcoming prolonged cycles of distress.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents in different contexts. Coming from an immigrant background myself, I also have a special insight into working with fellow immigrants and refugees utilizing a trauma informed mindful approach to enhance the treatment.

With a clinical master's degree in social work from The University of Chicago, I have undergone comprehensive training in ACT and DBT. These treatment approaches are effective in improving emotional well-being and increasing a sense of vitality. I am excited to get to know you and encourage you to reach out for a first session.
