I have limited daytime openings and no evening openings (10/4/24) - Every person has the capability to change their life for the better and I am honored to assist in this process. I also firmly believe laughter is excellent medicine for the mind and soul. When appropriate, I incorporate humor into my therapeutic style. After all, just because we are doing difficult work, does not mean we can't smile or laugh along the way. I operate from a philosophy which emphasizes an individual's exploration into identifying faulty assumptions or unhealthy thought patterns which may impact their daily activities and interactions with others.

It is my belief that our daily interactions with others, along with our inner thoughts, values and beliefs impact our mental well-being. I tailor my approach to meet individual needs so you may gain a sense of control to live a happy, stable life.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and many other symptoms and diagnoses. I also specialize in working with athletes.
