It takes courage to admit I need help. Many of us try to get through life's difficulties alone, which sometimes seems to make matters worse. I seek to create a collaborative environment, where the client(s) is the expert on their own life. We work together to create a safe, healthy, space where the presenting issues can be explored and worked through. Whether it is past, unresolved, trauma poking its head into daily living, a recent life change that is overwhelming, or a couple needing to figure out how to feel close and intimate again we will work together to find the best path forward.

I have worked for over 10+ years helping couples and individuals find the answers to the broken patterns they find themselves in. We work together to identify the reasons for the problems, and apply loving care to help soothe and heal the root causes of the problem.
