I offer services in both English and Spanish and I am passionate about incorporating nutrition and lifestyle to help you improve your mental wellness. I also have extensive experience working with teens with conduct and problem sexual behavior issues. Lastly, I use systems theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients improve and gain hope.
