My approach is to meet the client where they are at and find the best path that can positively propel them in the direction of their goals and further support positive change.
I am bilingual and utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, person centered, positive psychology, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy and eclectic techniques in my treatment approach to teach new skills, change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, regulate emotions and develop health coping skills.
