My path to counseling began in my 20s while living at Buddhist meditation centers, where I discovered the power of mindfulness, empowering relationships, and self-awareness. I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship challenges, transitions, identity issues, grief, and trauma through a kind & gentle relational orientation.
