My focus is on work with clients facing ADHD, identity development issues, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I focus on balancing things we need to change in our lives with things we need to accept, and I incorporate teaching concrete skills into all my work. I am currently accepting couples, parents, and individual adults for DBT individual skills training.
I am a pre-licensed clinician under the supervision of Michelle Metzler, LCMHC, with a M.S. in clinical mental health counseling. I am being trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and work from a feminist lens - I believe people are doing their best with the available resources and are impacted by systems of oppression, regardless of identity.
