I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I am passionate about working with adult clients who are struggling with a range of mental health issues such as life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and sexual boundaries. My experience also includes Latinx communities, and group therapy. Through my clinical work with clients I utilize evidence based practices such as solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach is to address issues and find ways to grow and increase resilience to move forward.
Initiating therapy can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental environment that can allow for collaborative work between you and I. I prioritize taking time to create strong therapeutic relationships with my clients so they feel supported in every step of their healing journey.
