My aim is to guide my clients in learning tools and skills that can aid them in navigating difficult emotions and challenges while also building their sense of confidence and abilities to actively succeed in life.
I am trained in therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Motivational interviewing, and many more strengths-based practices.
