I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist who values the relationship between culture and mental health. After earning my master’s degree from University of Southern California, I served the LA community as a mental health clinician working with very diverse populations. I have since expanded to see patients online throughout California, helping to make mental health care more accessible to all. I primarily work with adults of all ages yet have substantial experience working with youth and adolescence. I have extensive experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, thought obsessions and behavioral compulsions.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities: CBT, TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused and Psychoanalysis. I have also had extensive specialty training in ADHD across all ages, and have completed the rigorous educational courses required for the ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification.
I strongly value the interaction between one’s own culture/cultural values and their mental health.
