I work with couples and families learn how to find their strengths and resources to solve challenging issues within their daily lives. I can provide you with the tools that will help you cope with current and future emotional challenges.
I am a profound supporter of systems theory and employ various interventions that are specific to the client's needs and goals. I validate my clients by providing a compassionate and safe environment, where you can share your deepest thoughts and feelings. I do not judge because I believe there is nothing to be judged.
Through my education, personal life experiences and a successful marriage of 41 years, I can easily empathize and have deep compassion for couples and families affected by life's struggles. I am very easy to open up to, which is important for those seeking help to develop, feel safe and have a trusting therapeutic relationship with me.
