When a person grows up without the necessary attention from their caregivers, they may struggle sustaining positive relationships later in life. I see clients who are interested in changing their relationships to their loved ones, themselves, and their problems so that they may embrace the full potential of their best self. If you are looking for a therapist who is genuine, empathetic, and inquisitive, you have found the right match in me. My approach to therapy is grounded in humanitarian values, and I believe in treating my clients as a whole rather than a diagnosis.
I see clients of all age, and am a candidate for MO licensure, supervised by Dr. Brittany Robinson. I received training from the Aging and Memory Clinic at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where I specialized in older adults, people with memory loss, and caregivers. I use mindfulness, ACT, Narrative, EFT, and Gottman therapy techniques.
