We all experience different seasons of change throughout our lives and I enjoy helping others navigate these changes and find new rhythms that work best for them. I work with college students who are adjusting to all of the new changes and stressors that college life can bring. I also work with women who are pregnant, have experienced loss, or are new mothers. Pregnancy and motherhood can bring different challenges and I love supporting women through this transition. Working together through individual therapy we can build on your strengths and help you to achieve your goals so you can live a healthy and fulfilling life.

I believe a non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic approach is vital for creating change. I specialize in working with women, young adults, and teens with a wide range of emotional needs.

I utilize evidenced based treatment strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate other techniques such as Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address individual client needs. I also have been trained in Perinatal Mental Health.
