I have experience working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy/post-partum, cultural identity, acculturation, family/relationship issues, marriage/divorce, and parenting concerns.
I provide a holistic psychotherapy approach by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit.
