Are you recovering from a traumatic relationship? Whether it is a family member, friend, colleague, or romantic partner, relational trauma can often leave us feeling confused, unsure, depressed, anxious, or a full spectrum of emotions. My passion is to help you sort out what happened, help you process it, and find a path forward with healthier relationships. Our first visit will give us an opportunity to develop goals based upon your needs and determine how we can best work together to help you.
After graduating in 2012, I worked in both private practice as well as a community based agency. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I approach treatment based upon client needs with a focus on attachment, strength, resilience, and human connection. Evening appointments are available.
The therapeutic relationship depends greatly upon a connection based upon trust, empathy, and a safe space to process your most intense experiences. I genuinely care about each client's growth. I will meet you where you are emotionally and structure treatment to help you get to where you want to be.
