It is my belief that each person has the inner ability and wisdom to heal. My approach is warm, person centered, curious, and compassion focused. I meet each person where they are at while recognizing that each person is constantly growing throughout life. With this approach, I work with each client to co-create a therapy space that recognizes and honors their diverse individual and collective experiences and identities. It is my intention to learn with you what may be causing stress, dysregulation, ambivalence, or challenges in your life particularly with a focus on the mind-body-soul connection.
I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, adjustment challenges, depression, chronic illness, intergenerational trauma, racial trauma and stress, domestic violence and abuse, family and/or relationship issues. I also support individuals exploring inner child healing, identity development, and psycho-spiritual maturation processes.
