If you are seeking to work through issues that are hindering your life balance, counseling is a great tool. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be part of this growth process in one's life. Everyone is an individual, so I don't use a "cookie cutter" approach with my clients. I learn who you are through building a relationship with you and then I determine the best approach to help you. My clients regularly tell me how much they appreciate how I listen and work through their challenges with them, and they tell their friends about me. The best compliment I receive is getting their referrals.

I love to work with a variety of different clients, but I have a special passion for the military population. I have been a member of the military community my entire life, and I am a veteran. I not only counsel with this population, but I educate other providers through training, professional development, and formal education to effectively work with them.
