Do you have a busy schedule and not a lot of time to do weekly or even bi-weekly sessions? If that is the case then I might be the right fit for you. 2-4 hours can be very effective when dealing with trauma or stuck material within our body. In our sessions we would choose any modality that is appropriate and feels supportive. As a recipient of intensive work myself, I assure you that this type of therapy is powerful! Come join me (Sunday July 7th-August 25th from 12:30pm-2:00pm) and a small group of supportive women in a cozy, relaxed non-judgmental group where we will be focusing on taking care of ourselves. . You may choose to leave at an hour, the last 30 minutes is for additional discussion time or support. We will be caring for the mind, body and soul with helpful tools that include journaling, very light stretching that is optional or can be modified, meditation, and discussion.
