I draw from a wide range of treatment methods to create your customized treatment plan to help with ADHD, trauma symptoms, depression, addictions, and/or anxiety. I have specialized training and shared life experience with ADHD both as a parent and having ADHD myself. I have experience working with clients have experienced simple or complex traumas, those who identify with an LGBTQ+ identity, clients with legal concerns, as well as those with substance and alcohol abuse.
I specialize in therapies that focus on why we act the way we do, such as journal and narrative therapies, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and therapeutically applied role-playing games (TA-RPG). I am also certified in ADHD and trauma therapies and am a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
