My goal is for therapy to be a collaborative process to facilitate change, and I use an integrative approach to help clients explore and achieve their desired goals. I advocate for therapy to be a safe space for clients to come as they are, process their experiences, and promote personal growth. I value authenticity and meet clients where they are at while gently challenging them to make shifts for forward progress. I have a passion for working with healthcare workers, first responders, service members and dependents, college students and young adults, and high achievers, but I enjoy working with adults of all ages and backgrounds.
I provide individual therapy for adults through in person sessions in the Reno area and telehealth throughout the states of NV and TX. If attending therapy in person with me, you will also get to work with my Goldendoodle named Max who is excited to support you in your therapy.
