In the process of navigating life, we naturally encounter obstacles. Therapy is a space to work towards clarity in an empathetic, thoughtful, and authentic manner. Looking at ourselves in the context of individual, interpersonal, and cultural cycles allows us to more clearly understand our life experiences and internal reactions.
I approach therapy from a holistic, person-centered, and integrated relational orientation. This entails exploring how past experiences have shaped our current beliefs, roles, attachments, and coping mechanisms. We will work together to understand how these cycles may be repeating themselves in your present, and how we can alter them for the better.

Thriving Together: Neuroqueer Group Therapy in NY
This group is for 18+ adults who identify along both the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse spectrums. This includes--but is not limited to--those diagnosed or identify with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, OCD, Rejection Sensitivity, and Highly Sensitive People. The bulk of our work will be healing through authentic connection with others, and we will work together to create a non-judgmental and neuro-affirming environment where we can be safely vulnerable. Members will be encouraged to share life experiences and emotional reactions, and, at times, warmly challenged to experience themselves and others in new ways.
