Thriving Together: Neuroqueer Group Therapy in NY

This group is for 18+ adults who identify along both the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse spectrums. This includes--but is not limited to--those diagnosed or identify with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, OCD, Rejection Sensitivity, and Highly Sensitive People. The bulk of our work will be healing through authentic connection with others, and we will work together to create a non-judgmental and neuro-affirming environment where we can be safely vulnerable. Members will be encouraged to share life experiences and emotional reactions, and, at times, warmly challenged to experience themselves and others in new ways.
