This group is for new and seasoned therapists who are interested in using somatic work in their practice, but do not have adequate supervision in the somatic sector. No experience necessary, but a willingness for self-reflection and experiential learning are required. We meet online on the 1st and 3rd Wed of the month. Please call for further information.

Somatic Psychotherapy Group: Cultivatin Embodiment
This online group is a six-week exploration focused on embodied experience of thoughts and emotions. In each session, we will do a somatic check-in, and use embodiment practices such as grounding and centering for the purpose of cultivating emotional self-regulation, self-compassion and interpersonal connection. You will learn how to give language to your embodied experience, and learn how to listen to your embodied needs. No prior experience necessary.
